RealestateAI - Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using RealestateAI (the "Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not access or use the Platform. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access the Platform.

2. Description of Service

RealestateAI provides an AI-powered property discovery and analysis platform that aggregates publicly available real estate listings from multiple portals and presents them alongside AI-generated insights. The Platform is a decision-support tool only and does not constitute financial, legal, or real estate advice.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Platform. By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

4. Account Registration

To access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to:

Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
Maintain the security of your password and accept all risks of unauthorised access
Notify us immediately if you discover any unauthorised use of your account
Not share your account credentials or beta access codes with others

5. Beta Programme

The Platform is currently in a closed beta phase. Beta access is granted via invite codes distributed at our discretion. Beta features may be incomplete, contain errors, or change without notice. We may revoke beta access at any time.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Platform only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

Use the Platform for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose
Scrape, crawl, or use automated tools to extract data from the Platform
Attempt to interfere with, compromise, or disrupt the Platform's infrastructure
Resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit Platform data without prior written consent
Impersonate any person or entity, or falsely state or misrepresent your affiliation

7. Intellectual Property

The Platform and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by RealestateAI and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Property listings and data sourced from third-party portals remain the property of their respective owners.

8. Disclaimers

THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. WE MAKE NO WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, REGARDING THE ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS, OR RELIABILITY OF ANY PROPERTY DATA, MARKET ANALYSIS, OR AI-GENERATED INSIGHTS.

You acknowledge that:

Property listings are sourced from third-party portals and may be inaccurate or outdated
AI-generated insights are for informational purposes only and should not be relied upon as professional advice
You should independently verify all data before making any property-related decisions

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, RealestateAI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform.

10. Subscriptions and Payments

Certain features require a paid subscription. By subscribing, you agree to pay the applicable fees. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled. We reserve the right to change pricing with reasonable notice. Beta testers with valid access codes may receive complimentary premium access for the duration of the beta programme.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Platform immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform will cease immediately.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes by updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
